Telecalling Executive (Female) – Real Estate

About the role

AVRE Global Properties LLC is looking for a confident, target‑driven Female Telecalling Executive to join its real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for promoting property listings, generating leads and supporting the sales process through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and property owners to promote real‑estate properties and services.
• Generate and qualify leads and listings through cold calling and database management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their requirements.
• Schedule property viewings for sales agents and follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a target‑driven sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• High level of integrity, strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software (preferred).
