Telemarketing Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Operator to join our Dubai office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the voice of our luxury real‑estate brand, reaching out to prospects and nurturing relationships to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.
• Prospect new clients, qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle inbound inquiries, provide product information and resolve basic questions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and achieve targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on satisfaction.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
