Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone and email support, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities and operations.
• Support emergency response by relaying accurate information to the appropriate teams.
• Leverage communication tools such as the PBX system and computer applications to assist daily operations.
