Telesales Agent (Cars)

About the role

Join Bayut & dubizzle as a Telesales Agent focused on automotive sales. You will generate revenue by engaging potential and existing customers through outbound calls, converting leads into vehicle acquisitions while building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell cars.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Manage leads, follow‑up and nurture relationships to build a sales pipeline.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the purchase team on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide post‑sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, call centre or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high‑pressure environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Resilient, highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
