Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaking) – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Arabic‑speaking Telesales Executive to join our Dubai team on a 12‑month contract. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, presenting our products and services and turning inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective Arabic‑speaking customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle objections and queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover when required.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in outbound telesales or call‑center environments.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
