Telesales Executive (Female Candidates)

About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to generate qualified business leads for Digital Marketing, Business Automation, and Exhibition services across the UAE market. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calling and converting prospects into sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make the required number of outbound calls daily to prospective businesses.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch digital marketing, automation, and exhibition solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture opportunities, and coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target‑oriented, proactive approach.
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE business market is an advantage.
