Telesales Executive – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

HKW Wealth is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to act as the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients interested in premium property investments in Dubai. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to exclusive deals and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with leads from the company’s exclusive database.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and top developers.
• Schedule meetings for the Senior Investment Advisor, CEO, and COO.
• Support the execution of high‑value property transactions.
• Prepare daily reports and provide market feedback to the investment team.
• Collaborate with the team to close deals efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in real estate.
• Clear, confident, and professional English communication; additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Performance‑driven mindset with a focus on results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM tools.
