Telesales Executive – UK Process (Dubai)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international tax consultancy in Dubai as a Telesales Executive focused on the UK market. You will engage UK‑based customers, introduce the firm’s tax refund and compliance services, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience while working on UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre‑qualified leads and clearly explain the company’s services.
• Build rapport, guide prospects through the sales process, and address objections professionally.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about tax‑related solutions.
• Update all interactions in the CRM (Zoho) with precise notes and status changes.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or call‑centre environments.
• Excellent spoken English; familiarity with a UK accent is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
