Telesales Listing Specialist – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Join Sebastian and Wolf Real Estate as a Telesales Listing Specialist, driving new property listings in Dubai’s dynamic real‑estate market. You will engage directly with property owners, gather comprehensive property data, and support the sales and leasing teams with high‑quality inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to property owners and prospective clients.
• Identify and generate new sales and rental listings.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with landlords and owners.
• Collect accurate property details, pricing, availability, photos, and required documentation.
• Follow up to secure listing agreements and exclusive listings.
• Record calls, leads, and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure listings are published and actively marketed.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly listing‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, call centre, customer service, or real‑estate is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and telephone etiquette.
• Target‑driven, organised, and persistent mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market is advantageous.
