Telesales Specialist – Full‑Time Role in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our dynamic trading company in Dubai. In this full‑time position you will drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers to present, promote, and sell our products and services.
• Clearly articulate product features and benefits, answering prospect questions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date customer database and log all activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline.
• Handle customer grievances professionally to protect the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer‑service role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably via phone.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Resilient, persistent, and results‑oriented.
• High school diploma required; a relevant degree is a plus.
