Telesales Specialist (Real Estate)

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai, handling both outbound and inbound calls to qualify leads, present property options and schedule viewings for prospective clients in the luxury real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to qualify leads and present property options.
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with sales agents to support transaction closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on client inquiries.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits to prospects.
• Contribute to sales targets, participate in product training and provide feedback on scripts.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate telesales.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Understanding of Dubai luxury property market and investment concepts.
• Resilience and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in office software (e.g., MS Office).
