About the role

AbbVie Tumoohy Talent offers a two‑year, fixed‑term rotational program for recent graduates. The journey starts with a two‑month shadowing and capstone project that introduces you to AbbVie’s culture and business. After the project you will join the Therapeutics/Aesthetics Associate track, rotating across key commercial functions such as Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a two‑month shadowing and project phase to gain industry exposure.
• Rotate through two core business areas, contributing to product sales, marketing, and market access initiatives.
• Deliver meaningful project assignments that impact the commercial function.
• Network with senior leaders and participate in team‑based activities and social events.
