Ticketing Officer – Corporate Travel Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Officer to manage travel and hotel bookings for our onshore and offshore employees. The role operates in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to handle urgent travel requests with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and book international and domestic flights and hotel accommodations for employees.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and manage travel inventory.
• Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests.
• Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, billing, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
• Provide solutions to travel‑related issues and support employees throughout the booking process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of corporate travel experience, including after‑hours work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies, destination management, and airline industry standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, detail‑orientation, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage high demand for ticket requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus booking system (mandatory).
• Knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability) is a plus.
• Skilled in ticket issuance, re‑issuance, refunds, and end‑to‑end travel arrangements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
