Trainee Instrumentation Engineer – Emirati Nationals

About the role

Rejlers Abu Dhabi is launching a trainee program for fresh engineering graduates to work on real ADNOC projects. The Trainee Instrumentation Engineer position is open exclusively to UAE nationals, offering a pathway to develop expertise in instrumentation, controls, and electronics within the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and targets candidates aged 20‑30 who are eligible to work in the UAE.

Required profile

• UAE national with a degree in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics Engineering.
• Age between 20 and 30 years and eligible to work in the UAE.
• Strong passion for learning and contributing to the engineering sector.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on quality and safety.
