Training Manager – Centre of Excellence

About the role

The Training Manager – Centre of Excellence will lead the operational management of Transguard Group’s training hub in Dubai Airport Free Zone. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that align with business unit and client needs, empowering employees to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Centre of Excellence, including scheduling, attendance tracking and performance reporting.
• Develop and implement training strategies, gap analysis, learning needs assessments and instructional design.
• Manage infrastructure upgrade projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget.
• Optimize training resources against budgets and identify opportunities for cost‑effective delivery.
• Act as liaison between the training centre, business units and clients to tailor solutions.
• Maintain compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Introduce innovative, technology‑driven learning methods and benchmark against industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training management or Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in gap analysis, learning needs assessment and instructional design.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
