Transportation Planning Data Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

Amazon's Supply Chain team is looking for a Transportation Planning Data Analyst to support intra‑day transportation capacity management. You will work with large data sets, monitor dashboards, and collaborate across functions to ensure timely and accurate execution of transportation changes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor multiple dashboards and process change requests from partner teams within set SLA.
• Deploy transportation capacity adjustments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive business growth in a constrained environment.
• Scale processes quickly by identifying and implementing automation tools.
• Roll out best practices from other geographies to reduce end‑to‑end supply‑chain losses.
• Communicate data‑driven solutions to operational, technical, and business audiences.
• Work flexible shift schedules, including night shifts and weekends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related quantitative field).
• Strong analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing transportation functions in a retail environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
