About the role
We are seeking a UAE national to join Al-Futtaim’s Dubai Investment Park showroom as a Receptionist. The role is full‑time and permanent, providing the first point of contact for visitors to the Toyota & Lexus showroom and ensuring a warm, professional experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and identify the needs of all customers entering the showroom, delivering the “World’s Warmest Welcome”.
- Direct customers with appointments to the appropriate sales executive, facilitating a smooth hand‑over.
- Assist visitors throughout their stay, ensuring they receive attentive service and a courteous send‑off.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support the after‑sales team as required.
Required profile
- UAE national holding a family book.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication in English.
- Motivated, customer‑focused and passionate about automobiles.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
