UAE National Student Intern – Administrative Support for HSE

About the role

SGS is seeking a motivated Emirati university student to join its Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time internship focuses on providing essential administrative support, helping the team coordinate daily activities, maintain records, and prepare reports.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HSE project team.
• Assist with documentation, filing, data entry and record keeping.
• Support the preparation of HSE reports and project documents.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules and day‑to‑day project activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting abilities.
