Uber Luxury Manager – Salon Prive (Dubai Mall)

About the role

The Uber Luxury Manager leads the Salon Prive activity within the boutique, driving VIP customer relationship management and delivering the ultimate luxury experience for elite clients at Dubai Mall.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve Salon Prive targets and objectives in partnership with the Boutique Manager.
• Act as ambassador and host for the Salon Prive Maison, representing the brand to elite clientele.
• Engage and develop the boutique VIP Managers team to attract clients to Salon Prive and promote Uber luxury categories.
• Recruit, upgrade and retain Uber luxury clients, building strong relationships with Super, Elite and VVIC members.
• Coordinate with marketing to plan and host in‑store events and special seasonal activities, ensuring ROI objectives are met.
• Manage daily one‑to‑one client appointments and maintain the Salon Prive calendar.
• Lead and train the VIP Client Managers team, fostering a Salon Prive culture of expertise and service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of retail experience, with at least 4 years in a management role within a luxury product environment.
• Strong commercial initiative, creativity and fashion sensitivity.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and people‑management skills.
