The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who thrives in a competitive sales environment and is eager to contribute to our continued success.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Greeting customers on the sales floor and determining their vehicle needs and preferences.</li><li>Professionally demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.</li><li>Negotiating sale prices and trade-in values to finalise agreements in a clear and transparent manner.</li><li>Managing all sales documentation and coordinating with the finance department to secure approvals.</li><li>Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.</li><li>Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our used vehicle inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Ensuring the vehicle display area is well-maintained, clean, and attractive to customers.</li><li>Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a customer database.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the used car or automotive industry.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.</li><li>A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.</li><li>Must hold a valid Bahraini driving licence.</li><li>Good knowledge of various car makes, models, and their features.</li><li>Self-motivated, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.</li><li>Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
