UX/UI Designer

About the role

The UX/UI Designer will define and deliver intelligent, high‑impact digital experiences across web and app, embedding AI as a core capability throughout the customer lifecycle. This role drives revenue growth, digital share expansion, and operational efficiency through human‑centered design and data‑driven innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the experience strategy and design vision for assigned digital initiatives on web and app.
• Own the end‑to‑end experience lifecycle—from discovery and problem framing through design, build collaboration, testing, go‑live and optimisation.
• Translate business strategy into customer‑centric digital journeys that deliver measurable impact.
• Design AI‑enabled, data‑driven experiences such as personalization, predictive recommendations, conversational interfaces and intelligent automation.
• Lead discovery, research, journey mapping, usability testing and experimentation to validate and optimise outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Experience Design (UX/UI/Product Design) within high‑scale digital ecosystems.
• Proven track record delivering complex transactional or service‑based digital journeys with measurable business impact.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Experience designing data‑driven or AI‑enabled digital experiences and working in Agile environments.
