Valet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead valet and transportation services within an exclusive private golf and residential community. This hands‑on leadership position requires a focus on luxury service, safety, and confidentiality while ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily valet and transportation operations, including luxury vehicle handling and golf‑cart logistics.
• Supervise, schedule, and support a frontline valet team.
• Manage peak‑time flow, special events, and cart logistics to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with Golf Operations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold safety, presentation, and confidentiality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in valet operations, luxury hospitality, or private community settings.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of premium vehicles and asset care.
• Confident communicator with a natural leadership presence.
• Calm, discreet, and professional under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and events.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
