Vice President, Cybersecurity

About the role

The Vice President of Cybersecurity will lead ZainTECH’s Cybersecurity Practice across the MENA region, shaping strategy, growth, and profitability. This visionary leader will drive go‑to‑market initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and oversee delivery of SOC, advisory, and transformation services for enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the Cybersecurity Practice across priority market segments.
• Build and evolve a structured service portfolio covering IAM, network security, endpoint protection, application & data security, GRC, and SOC services.
• Define tiered consumption models and create clear upsell and cross‑sell motions.
• Translate advisory outcomes into recurring managed‑service pipelines.
• Shape and expand ZainTECH’s Security Operations Centre offerings, including MDR, MSSP, threat intelligence, hunting, incident response, and digital forensics.

Required profile

• Recognized thought leader with a proven track record of building and scaling cybersecurity advisory, managed services, and professional services businesses.
• Deep understanding of the MENA market, especially banking, government, oil & gas, healthcare, telco, and large enterprises.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales cycles for key accounts and manage profitability.

• Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, Zero Trust Network Access)
• Network security (next‑generation firewall, anti‑DDoS, segmentation, SASE, AI‑driven threat defence)
• Endpoint & workload security (EDR, XDR, vulnerability management, continuous patching, cloud workload protection)
• Application & data security (secure SDLC, application security testing, API security, DLP, encryption)
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (regulatory advisory, risk quantification, audit readiness)
• Security Operations (24x7 monitoring, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, threat hunting, incident response, digital forensics, MDR, MSSP)
