Vice President – Export & Agency Finance (MENA)

About the role

J.P. Morgan’s Export & Agency Finance (EAF) team within Trade & Working Capital is seeking a Vice President to lead structured debt solutions for clients across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and CIS. The role focuses on executing EAF transactions, managing agency relationships, and supporting global deal flow.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the full deal life‑cycle, from execution to transition into portfolio management.
• Support senior transaction professionals worldwide in advancing deal progress.
• Assist with structuring, documentation negotiations, internal deal memos, and post‑signing restructuring.
• Ensure compliance with JPMorgan internal procedures and regulatory requirements for agency guarantees and insurance policies.
• Develop internal and external thought‑leadership content.
• Build relationships across Global Trade & Working Capital, Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Bank, Infrastructure Advisory Finance, Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Payments and other product partners.
• Enhance relationship‑management skills with internal and external clients and develop leadership capabilities.

Required profile

• Legal qualification at a relevant post‑qualification level.
