Vice President - Investor Relations

About the role

The Vice President of Investor Relations will lead the end‑to‑end process of quarterly results communication, investor presentations and ongoing analyst engagement. This senior position works closely with senior management and the SVP, Investor Relations to ensure high‑quality, timely information is delivered to the investment community. The role is office‑based in Abu Dhabi with regular working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Produce quarterly results announcements, investor presentations and related communications, including Q&A documentation.
• Prepare internal investor relations reports for senior management and circulate analyst research notes.
• Manage logistics and on‑the‑day support for quarterly results releases, investor site visits and capital markets days.
• Accompany senior executives to investor conferences, roadshows and meetings.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, delivering insightful reports on investor engagement and share‑register analysis.
• Develop and nurture relationships with sell‑side analysts, buy‑side investors and internal finance and communications teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in an Investor Relations function, preferably within the financial or retail estate sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong financial analysis capability.
• Proficiency in managing and leveraging a CRM system for investor engagement.
