VIP Concierge (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The VIP Concierge will ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for VIP members using the lounge. Reporting to the lounge manager, you will deliver personalized concierge services, manage lounge operations, and act as the primary point of contact for Russian‑speaking guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new and regular VIP members, guide them through facilities, and explain services.
• Handle all concierge requests, including dining, wellbeing, entertainment, transportation, airport/hotel check‑ins, and off‑premise activities.
• Conduct pre‑arrival calls and personalize each visit based on member profiles while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain a peaceful, service‑focused lounge environment, overseeing F&B service, housekeeping, ambience, and overall lounge upkeep.
• Manage lounge service bookings, venue preparation, and payment processing.
• Act as a personal shopper, advising guests on trends and making purchases on their behalf.
• Build strong relationships with in‑lounge service providers and tenants, addressing requests promptly.
• Lead campaign management for lounge promotions in line with SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in hospitality, preferably front‑desk or concierge roles.
• Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE events calendar and local attractions.
