Visual Merchandising Trainee – Luxury Retail (Dubai)

About the role

This is a hands‑on Visual Merchandising Trainee role within Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail portfolio, supporting the visual presentation of Jacquemus, Versace and Farm Rio across Dubai stores.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines across multiple store locations.
• Support store displays, mannequin styling, and product placement.
• Learn and apply the brand DNA of Jacquemus, Versace and Farm Rio.
• Coordinate with store teams, Buying, Marketing, VM teams and Brand HQ.
• Assist with stock setup and in‑store visual execution.
• Liaise with suppliers, handling purchase orders, invoices and related follow‑ups.
• Adapt global brand guidelines with cultural awareness for the Middle East market.
• Support brand events and activations as required.
• Travel between Dubai Design District, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and other locations.

Required profile

• Strong creative eye and genuine interest in fashion.
• Confidence to communicate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work across multiple store locations in Dubai.
