VMC Operator & Programmer (Mastercam/Power Mill)

About the role

Al Shaan Engineering Works is seeking an experienced VMC Operator cum Programmer to join its Sharjah facility. The role focuses on operating vertical machining centres (VMC) and generating accurate 3‑D to 2‑D toolpaths using Mastercam and Power Mill for industrial and oil‑&‑gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and run VMC equipment for precision machining tasks.
• Develop and optimise 3‑D to 2‑D toolpaths in Mastercam and Power Mill.
• Program CNC machines, ensuring correct parameters and tool selections.
• Interpret engineering drawings and translate them into machining instructions.
• Maintain machining documentation and report any deviations or issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in VMC operations and CNC programming.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
