About the role
The F&B Waiter, working with the Supervisor, delivers courteous, professional, and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction in line with ME Dubai standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service area.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and upsell menu items and promotions.
- Support marketing, inventory activities and minimise waste.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good product knowledge and ability to upsell.
- Punctuality, grooming and adherence to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Flexibility to respond to departmental needs and alignment with brand values.
