About the role
Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter for Noia – the pool‑side Greek restaurant. You will be part of a team that delivers exceptional dining experiences, upholding the brand’s high standards of service and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the Greek menu, ingredients and preparation methods to guide guests.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, addressing dietary needs and special requests.
- Provide personalised, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing, billing and cashiering.
- Set and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining service quality and speed.
