About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join the Sirene Beach by GAIA team in Dubai. This is a high‑volume, fast‑paced luxury beach venue where delivering an exceptional guest experience is paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and speed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and service stations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in luxury hospitality, high‑concept venues, or beach clubs.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Currently based in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
