About the role
Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5‑star hotel located in Business Bay, close to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Downtown area, offering stunning views of the skyline and water canal. As a waiter/waitress you will be the ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine, providing warm, personal attention and sharing knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to make each guest feel unique and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way, ensuring they understand ingredients and preparation.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries accurately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, adhering to hotel standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
