Waiter/Waitress – Premier Lounge

About the role

Join the Premier Lounge at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a 5‑star beachfront resort, as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver high‑standard service in a luxurious, French‑inspired environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise‑en‑place, table setting, light cleaning and other assigned tasks.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell where possible, and use the outlet point‑of‑sale system to record sales accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards and clear tables promptly.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including resetting tables and maintaining a clean station.
• Accommodate special guest requests for specific preparation methods or ingredients.
• Follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English speaker.

Required skills

• Operation of a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
