About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress at Sushi Art, you will act as the face of the brand, delivering premium casual dining experiences to guests. You will combine friendly service with detailed menu knowledge to ensure every visit ends with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Master the menu to provide clear explanations of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, respecting dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
• Follow the eathos service sequence to deliver orders promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sushi chefs, and bar staff to ensure smooth order preparation and timing.
• Promote special menu items, seasonal boxes, and beverage options to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and handle bill payments efficiently.
