Warehouse Manager – High‑Volume FMCG Operations

About the role
This is a hands‑on, floor‑based position managing a high‑volume FMCG warehouse in Dubai. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end warehouse operations under tight deadlines, especially during peak harvest seasons.
Key responsibilities
- Own inbound, storage, outbound processes and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO/JIT inventory control with zero tolerance for stock variance.
- Lead the warehouse team, set KPIs, track performance and report weekly.
- Coordinate daily with procurement, production, logistics and quality to avoid delays.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene and warehouse safety standards consistently.
- Maintain and audit SOPs; track inventory in real time via SAP.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG (food sector preferred).
- Proven track record leading teams in high‑volume, time‑sensitive environments.
- Available for extended hours and weekend work during peak seasons.
