About the role

The Warehouse Sales Manager is a key member of the Commercial team, responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth for RSA’s warehouse operations. The role balances sales ambition with operational feasibility to maximise space utilisation and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, target and acquire new warehouse clients aligned with RSA’s capacity and service capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations and commercial terms.
  • Conduct site visits and client presentations to showcase RSA’s value proposition.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and hand‑over to Customer Service.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define pricing models that protect margins and optimise yield per pallet.
  • Track warehouse occupancy and proactively sell available capacity.
  • Ensure commercial agreements are accurately reflected in billing and client documentation.
  • Support Finance and Operations in achieving budgeted revenue and profit targets.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service & Key Accounts for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Build long‑term relationships with key clients to promote repeat business and account expansion.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with major clients alongside Operations.
  • Align with Operations on capacity availability and operational feasibility before committing to new clients.
  • Collaborate with Finance on cost models, contract profitability and client credit assessments.
  • Work with Business Transformation and Product & Solutions teams to develop sales tools, data packs and reporting dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM reporting.

Required profile

  • Strong market understanding of warehouse and logistics services in the GCC.
  • Knowledge of RSA Supply Chain’s service portfolio, cost structure and operational capabilities.
  • Experience with commercial contract terms and client negotiation frameworks.
  • Persuasive communication and confident client engagement.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance sales ambition and operational feasibility.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making using dashboards, cost models and pipeline analytics.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
