Warranty Administrator – Automotive

About the role

The Warranty Administrator will manage and process automotive warranty claims for Abu Dhabi Motors, ensuring compliance with BMW Group policies. You will act as the primary liaison between the service department and manufacturers, supporting accurate claim submission and minimizing financial risk.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims with complete documentation and justification.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and workshop foremen to gather repair details, labor hours, and photos.
• Maintain detailed records of claims, parts replaced, and manufacturer responses for audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and support periodic OEM audits.
• Communicate warranty coverage and status updates to customers, reducing vehicle downtime.
• Track claim trends, approval rates, and rejections, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• High School diploma or Business Administration equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in warranty administration within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of warranty processes, manufacturer policies, and automotive components.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dealership or service centre management systems such as SAP.
• Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise software.
