Web Designer

About the role

DataOne is seeking a creative and versatile Web Designer to shape website interfaces and visual assets across digital and marketing channels. The role involves maintaining brand consistency while applying user‑centered design principles to deliver impactful online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update website layouts, pages, and visual components.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to define user flows and interactions.
• Maintain brand guidelines, including visual identity, typography, color palette, and graphic assets.
• Produce visual assets for marketing materials such as emails, presentations, flyers, brochures, and banners.
• Design graphics for social media platforms, including posts, ads, stories, and banners.
• Develop visual elements for video content, such as thumbnails, storyboards, templates, and overlays.
• Ensure visual consistency across website, marketing, social media, email, print, and video channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and development teams.
• Adapt designs to multiple formats, platforms, and devices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and digital best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Web Designer or Digital/Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, branding, and marketing assets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual sensibility.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Figma.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Understanding of UX/UI and responsive web design principles.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• After Effects or Premiere Pro (or similar) for video assets.
