About the role
The Welcome Ambassador, also known as a Bellman, is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from our hotel. You will create memorable first and last impressions by guiding guests through their stay, handling operational needs, and sharing local highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and guest requests.
- Process operational tasks such as check‑in/out support, reporting, and incident documentation.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment, adhering to company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
