About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts at W Hotels in Dubai go beyond simple check‑in and check‑out. They create memorable, unique experiences by guiding guests throughout their stay, handling operational needs, guest requests, reports, and sharing local highlights. The role requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and presenting a professional appearance while being on their feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete necessary reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
