Wellness Concierge – Guest Experience & Fitness Services

About the role

The Wellness Concierge at SIRO One Za'abeel creates a seamless, personalized journey for guests, blending traditional concierge service with expert guidance through the hotel’s fitness, recovery and wellness offerings. This multi‑functional role ensures every guest experiences the brand’s world‑class wellbeing facilities from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage arrivals, departures, luggage and transportation.
• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping and local experiences.
• Explain and promote fitness, recovery lab facilities, equipment, programs, classes and training services.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, tickets, transportation and other guest requests.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services and operating procedures.
• Act as an ambassador of the SIRO experience, helping guests maximize use of wellness amenities.

Required profile

• Highly energetic, service‑oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
• Strong local knowledge of Dubai and genuine interest in fitness, performance, recovery and well‑being.
• Ability to work collaboratively with front‑office and fitness teams.
