About the role

The Wellness Host (Wellness Attendant) at The Lana Residences will be the face of our fitness centre, delivering exceptional guest experiences while embodying the Dorchester Collection’s “We Care” philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests by providing attentive, personalized service in the wellness area.
• Support daily operations of the fitness centre, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.
• Promote the brand’s culture and values through interactions with guests and team members.
• Assist with guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests related to wellness services.
