About the role

Atlantis Dubai is seeking passionate wine professionals to join its award‑winning Wine Team. Whether you are an experienced Sommelier, Assistant Sommelier, Wine Waiter or Wine Specialist, you will play a key part in delivering unforgettable wine experiences to guests across two world‑class resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert wine service and recommendations to guests in restaurants, bars and private events.
• Assist in managing the wine cellar, including inventory control and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with chefs to create wine‑pairing menus that enhance the culinary experience.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service etiquette and guest interaction.
• Support training and mentorship of junior wine staff.

Required profile

• Strong passion for wine and hospitality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury‑hotel environment.
• Attention to detail in wine service, pairing recommendations and cellar management.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of wine regions, varietals and service techniques.
• Proficiency in wine cellar management and inventory tracking.
