X Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive X Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of our brand on X (formerly Twitter). Working remotely with core hours 10 am–3 pm PST, you will turn every product launch into a continuous distribution opportunity and build authentic relationships with AI creators and influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement and traffic from X.
• Monitor AI‑related conversations and quickly create timely posts.
• Engage with the community in a genuine, non‑promotional voice.
• Develop relationships with AI creators, researchers, filmmakers, designers and other influential accounts.
• Shape a recognizable, informal brand voice through product announcements, memes, threads, behind‑the‑scenes content and hot takes.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to turn launches into ongoing distribution moments.
• Experiment with hooks, formats, posting times and new content ideas.
• Track performance data (growth, engagement, sign‑ups) and adjust strategy on the fly.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a professional X (Twitter) account for a brand, creator or founder.
• Deep daily usage of X and strong understanding of its mechanics.
• Passion for AI and awareness of key accounts and conversations in the space.
• Ability to write compelling, meme‑savvy posts quickly.
• Builder mentality – constantly generates ideas and moves fast.
• Comfort with reading performance data and iterating strategy in real time.
