AC Technician – Installation, Maintenance & Repair

About the role

The AC Technician will install, maintain, service, troubleshoot and repair air‑conditioning systems across residential, commercial and industrial sites in Ajman. You will ensure all units operate safely, efficiently and reliably while delivering professional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair split, package and central AC systems.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and repair compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, capacitors and contactors.
• Perform refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection and pressure testing.
• Clean filters, coils, drain lines, condensers and evaporators; carry out preventive maintenance.
• Inspect electrical connections, control systems and wiring; test systems after work.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records and work completion logs.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure a safe, clean work environment.

Required profile

• ITI, Diploma or technical qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as an AC technician.
• Good knowledge of AC electrical and mechanical systems and safe refrigerant handling.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
• Physically fit, able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• UAE experience and a valid driving licence are an advantage.
