About the role
Papaya Global, a fast‑growing B2B tech unicorn that simplifies global payroll, payments and workforce management, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business across enterprise and mid‑size international companies.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities targeting mid‑market and enterprise global organisations, including post‑IPO companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, leveraging AI‑powered sales and research tools.
- Deliver tailored demos and proposals that address client challenges in global payroll, compliance and international HR operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience managing full sales cycles within payroll, HCM, HR technology, EOR or workforce‑management sectors.
- Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid‑market and enterprise organisations.
- Experience engaging multi‑stakeholder, international accounts and navigating global market trends.
