Account Executive

About the role

KitchenPark is looking for a founding Account Executive to lead the full B2B sales cycle for its smart kitchen spaces. You will prospect, pitch, close, and hand over new restaurant partners across the UAE while working from our Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, cold‑call and meet restaurant owners and operators to secure new partnerships.
• Leverage warm leads from KitchenPark’s network and generate opportunities within existing customers.
• Present the value proposition of virtual brands and demonstrate revenue‑generation potential.
• Own the sales pipeline from outreach through negotiation, closing and onboarding hand‑over.
• Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts, objection handling and the overall sales playbook.
• Consistently achieve acquisition, revenue and partnership growth targets.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for the food & beverage scene and helping local restaurant owners succeed.
• High‑energy, self‑motivated hunter mentality excited by cold outreach and closing deals.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably with a food‑delivery aggregator or restaurant group.
• Growth mindset thriving in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in the Dubai office, balancing office work with client visits.
