Account Executive – Sales (New Logo Acquisition) – Remote Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to drive new‑logo acquisition and revenue growth for Alepo’s AI‑driven SaaS solutions in the telecom and digital services market. This full‑time remote position is based in the Middle East, preferably Dubai, and focuses on enterprise customers and global communication service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise telecom customers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Engage C‑level and senior decision‑makers to position strategic AI‑enabled SaaS and BSS solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in network security, SaaS, or telecom.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals (average selling price $100K+).
• Hunter mentality with ability to generate top‑of‑funnel prospects.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to develop deep knowledge of Alepo’s AI, AAA, BSS, and digital platform offerings.
• Understanding of cloud‑based technologies and digital transformation trends in telecommunications.
