Account Manager (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an organized, client‑focused Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of projects and deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Understand client requirements, briefs, objectives, and expectations, and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, meetings, follow‑ups, approvals, and feedback.
• Coordinate closely with creative, design, social media, content, production, and project management teams.
• Prepare clear briefs and ensure all teams understand the required scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, action plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Identify additional client requirements and coordinate internally on appropriate solutions.
• Support in preparing proposals, scopes of work, quotations, presentations, and client reports when required.
• Monitor the agreed scope of work and flag any additional requests that fall outside the approved scope.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, marketing, advertising, communications, or a similar agency role.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different internal teams.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Based in Abu Dhabi with immediate availability preferred.
