About the role
We are seeking an experienced, self‑driven Account Manager to drive business development for our FX and CFD brokerage. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining retail and professional clients across the MENA region while expanding our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retail and professional clients in the MENA market.
- Achieve individual and team sales quotas and generate new business leads.
- Design and implement effective client onboarding strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events.
- Define budgets for sales and marketing activities.
- Provide market trend insights to product teams.
- Oversee product coverage including FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities.
- Lead hiring and expansion of the sales team.
Required profile
- University degree in finance or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FX, CFD or brokerage environments.
- Strong product knowledge of Forex, indices, commodity futures and cash equities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing sales teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.
- Experience using the PXM aggregator.
